How long will it take for me to receive my jewelry?
Your order will ship 1-3 days after your order is placed.  Depending on the shipping you choose, it will take an additional 2-7 days to arrive. 
Do you do Custom Design?
We love custom designs!  Please email us at hello@sarahcornwelljewelry.com to share your ideas with us.  There many be some designs we are not able to make and we will offer you other options or people to contact. 
How are your pieces made?
All of our pieces are handmade in our home studio in Doylestown, PA. We use a variety of techniques including stamping, hammering, cutting, wire wrapping, and stone setting. 
What materials do you use?
All of our pieces are made with sterling silver and 14k gold filled. Our natural gemstones and freshwaters pearls are handpicked by us from our trusted sellers in NYC. 
*And remember you always want look for “gold filled” and not “gold plated”.  Gold filled jewelry is 100X thicker than gold plated and will not flake off.
Can I or a small group visit your studio?

Do you do events?

If you are having trouble placing an order or have questions, please email or call us. We always do our best to get right back to you! 
Returns/Exchanges:  Please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving your jewelry if you have any questions or concerns about your jewelry.  Most jewelry is able to be returned for a full refund. Your purchase needs to be returned in its original packaging and show no signs of being worn within 14 days for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Sale items are final and can not be returned or exchanged. Personalized pieces are not able to be returned and can not be exchanged. 
Personalized: our personalized pieces are “hand stamped”. Each letter/number/ symbol is stamped one at a time and not made on a machine.  Therefore, characters may not be in a straight line and may have other variations. We celebrate the artistic quality and uniqueness of each piece we make. Personalized pieces are not able to be returned due to these qualities.  However, we want you to love your piece, please contact us at hello@sarahcornwelljewelry.com with any questions. 
Repairs:  if you have an SJC piece in need of repair, please email our team at hello@sarahcornwelljewelry.com   Repairs from normal wear and tear start at $15.
Lost an Earring? It’s so frustrating!  In most cases we are able to match the earring (for 1/2 the price of the original earrings). If we are not able to make a match due to not having the right matierals, we can discuss other options.
Shipping:  
Shipping is FREE within the US for 1st class mail and shipping time typically takes 3-7 days
  • Need your package extra fast? Choose priority shipping for $10.
  • We use USPS for all of our shipping, which does include tracking. 
  • For International Shipping, we use International Priority which includes tracking and should arrive in 5-7 days. Please note SCJ is is not responsible for any duties or VAT applied to an international shipment; by ordering on our website you agree to pay any import fees.
