Do you do Custom Design?

We love custom designs!  Please email us at to share your ideas with us.  There many be some designs we are not able to make and we will offer you other options or people to contact.

How are your pieces made?

All of our pieces are handmade in our studio in Doylestown, PA. We use a variety of techniques including stamping, hammering, cutting, wire wrapping, and stone setting. 

What materials do you use?

All of our pieces are made with sterling silver, 14k gold filled and solid 14K gold. Our natural gemstones and freshwaters pearls are handpicked by us from our trusted sellers throughout the world.

*And remember you always want look for “gold filled” and not “gold plated”. Gold filled jewelry is 100X thicker than gold plated and will not flake off.

Do you host or attend events?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Didn’t fall in love? Your purchase needs to be returned in its original packaging and show no signs of being worn within 30 days from the day the item was received for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if returning via mail. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized and custom pieces are not able to be returned and can not be exchanged. Please contact for returns.

Please send your return in a padded envelope with tracking through the carrier to Sarah Cornwell Jewelry, 266 South Main Street, Doylestown PA 18901.

Please include your order number, name, and contact information. We will not accept returns in an envelope. If a return gets lost in the mail, SCJ is not responsible. Once we receive your package and the piece is deemed to be in original condition we will credit your account. Refunds could take up to 7-10 days to appear in your account

If you receive damaged or incorrect items please email us at within 24 hours after receiving the jewelry pieces to discuss the issue. 


 Why is my jewelry tarnishing?

All precious metals will tarnish with normal wear. To avoid tarnishing we suggest not wearing your jewelry in the shower or while working out, and keep it away from lotions, perfumes and hair products. It is the customer’s responsibility to clean their own jewelry. It is easy to remove light stains, tarnishing and fingerprints with a little bit of care. We offer great jewelry cleaners on our website. 

How do I care for my jewelry?

With proper care your Sarah Cornwell Jewelry pieces can last for decades. Here are some tips to help keep your jewelry beautiful. Store your jewelry in plastic bags or jewelry box to avoid being exposed to the elements for extended amounts of times. Avoid using hangers or trays with base metals for storage. Avoid wearing your jewelry in water, working out or while sleeping. These will cause your pieces to oxidize faster. Looking for cleaners? We offer great cleaners here. 


Do you have a warranty on your pieces? 

Every Sarah Cornwell. piece has a 30 day warranty for any defect. 

Do you repair jewelry?  

If you have an SCJ piece in need of repair, please email our team at Repairs from normal wear and tear start at $20.

Lost an Earring?

It’s so frustrating! In most cases we are able to match the earring (for 1/2 the price of the original earrings). If we are not able to make a match due to not having the right materials, we can discuss other options.


How long will it take for me to receive my jewelry?

Your order will shipped 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Depending on the shipping you choose, it will take an additional 2-10 days to arrive. *Personalized jewelry may require additional time.

How is my jewelry shipped?

Shipping is $6 within the US for 1st class mail.

Need your package extra fast? Choose expedited shipping for $12 via FedEx.

We use USPS for all of our shipping, which does include tracking.

At this time we do not ship internationally. Please contact us with any questions.

We hand deliver all packages to USPS within 24 hours of printing the shipping label. Once the package is delivered to USPS we are no longer responsible for packages in transit. 

What if my package says "Preshipment" or tracking isn't updating?

All packages are hand delivered to our local USPS office. Unfortunately, we have no control over the USPS shipments and cannot provide updates aside from the current tracking on the USPS website. You can also file a missing package search with USPS.

What if my package says "delivered" but I don't have it? What do I do?

Once your order says delivered it still may take 1-2 business days to show up at your door. While it says it was delivered to the mailbox-- it may actually be at a door or garage of your home. We also suggest checking with your neighbors! Fingers crossed it shows up in the next day or two. If not, we suggest filing a missing package claim 24 hours after the package said it was delivered.
