Seriously Stylish Mixing…

Trend Alert: Mixing Metals!

Mixing yellow gold, rose gold, and silver, has typically been snubbed by the fashion industry and women everywhere. But the times are changing, and we are celebrating!

This trend allows you to be more creative with your jewelry choices and to experiment with new looks. Instead of being worried about matching every piece, have fun mixing it up!

Many of our pieces feature mixed metals or can be customized to feature mixed metals. Also, our pieces can be layered so that you can achieve the mixed metal look you desire.

One look you can try the look is with our bangles:

We now offer four different types of bangles made from either 14k gold filled or sterling silver, that are perfect for layering! You can find them here.

Another way to achieve the look is layering our bangles and chain bracelets:

Not only does this break up the chunkiness of the bangles, it adds some color with gemstones! You can find the bangles here and the chain bracelets here.

You can also try layer necklaces:

This lets you play with mixing metals and different lengths! You can find our necklaces here.

And finally, you can wear a piece that is made of mixed metals:

This necklace uses both 14k gold filled and sterling sliver, that gives it a unique look while still being simplistic. Unfortunately, you can’t purchase this piece just yet, but look forward to it in our new Spring & Summer 2017 collection to be release in just a few weeks!

We hope you enjoyed our mixed metal looks, and that you share some of you own stylish looks with us!

What’s Blooming in Doylestown?

In the next couple of weeks we will be releasing our new Spring & Summer 2017 Collection! We’ve been busy with preparations and were lucky enough to hold our photo shoot at Doylestown Flowers & Gifts. This is a lovely boutique flower shop located just miles from our home studio, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location to shoot!

Doylestown Flowers & Gifts is owned and operated by Monica Andris and her daughter, Meghan Andris-Lindenmuth. They  have been collaborating and growing the business for the past 6 years.

Monica credits her mother’s talent and her own passion for flowers as inspiration for getting involved in this venture. Her mother was a seamstress who made wedding gowns from a small bedroom in their home. It was that entrepreneurial spirit that sparked the initiative to jump on the opportunity to own her own flower shop. Meghan was a pre-school teacher previous to joining her mother in the business.

Together they have worked to create a boutique flower shop that aims to please those who have an appreciation for quality, care, and the use of premium, unique blooms. The shop services individual customers, as well as the wedding and event industry.

The two take pride and great care daily in choosing their blooms from the vast varieties available throughout the world, inspiring their creative flow. Meghan, as the shop’s wedding/event coordinator, says she enjoys making every couple feel her focus and passion for fulfilling their vision of their very special day.

The future hope of this team is all about continuing to expand and develop their particular style in their Bucks County hometown and throughout the tri-state area they currently serve.

SCJ has enjoyed working with these lovely ladies and vise versa:

“We appreciate Sarah’s entrepreneurial drive while remaining dedicated to her family. Sarah is a lovely person, and her designs have a simplistic beauty as well as versatility. The care with which each piece is designed and created is evident, and the result is beautiful,” said Meghan.

If you live in Bucks County or close by, make sure to stop by and say hello to Monica and Meghan at Doylestown Flowers & Gifts!
