Color and design have always brought me so much joy. I love the challenge of pairing colors that are unexpected or adding a detail that has an asymmetrical twist. When I was younger I was obsessed with searching the seashores, forests and streams for curious pieces of nature. Combining my love of nature along with design and color is a true passion.
We make all our jewelry by hand in our home studio in Doylestown, PA. Throughout the year we travel to New York City and other parts of the country to hand pick our gemstones and pearls. Most of our pieces are wire wrapped in various gauges of 14k gold filled wire and sterling silver. Hand stamping and soldering are also used to create many of our pieces.
I love fine details and delicate accents. I love celebrating texture and hints of color. I love creating pieces that although may have a trendy feel, do not follow trends. I love unexpected pops of color. I design pieces that compliment women that are strong, and confident and lead active lives…
The lines offered in this catalog are limited edition, so pieces in this collection will no longer be made once the next season’s catalog is introduced. Also, this collection is made for retailers, so only after retailers have made their seasonal purchases will extras be sold in our online shop.

At the moment, we are accepting a limited number of online retailers. Please let us know if you are interested in selling online or whether you have any questions about our policies. If you have a brick-and-mortar store in addition to an online store, please note different terms may apply for online stores.

Retailers must agree to our terms and policies for approval and we reserve the right to stop selling to stores who fail to comply.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Opening order minimum of $250 and re-order minimum of $150 minimum.

Payment can be made by pre-paid check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express), or PayPal. By default, all payments are processed prior to starting your custom order.
Our typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks however, turnaround times may vary. Please contact us regarding your delivery date. Holiday orders ship by a specified date each season.
There is a minimum delivery charge of $25 on all orders. All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and will take 1-3 business days.
Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Sarah Cornwell Jewelry is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our home studio in Doylestown, PA.
Occasionally certain items may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are backordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless otherwise directed.
For our hand stamped pieces, we do offer personalization as an option (zip code, town name, etc.) However, there is an 8-piece minimum and no returns or exchanges.
All our metals are sterling silver, 14k gold-filled, or 14k rose gold-filled. Also, all other materials used are freshwater pearls or semi-precious gemstones. We never use glass, plastic, or plated materials. Because we use natural materials, some variations in color, cut, shape, and size may occur.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of 20% of the total deduction from your order.
If you plan to return items, you must report by phone or email within 5 days of receiving your order and postmark it within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise returned must be unused and in its original packaging. There is also a restocking fee of 20% of the total deduction from your order when returning items. In addition, there are no exchanges.
For all retailers we offer social media and blog promotion. We will feature you on our Instagram and Facebook when you first start carrying our products, and periodically after. We will also feature an article about your shop on our blog and your name in our next catalog.
DISPLAY, PACKAGING, & PRICING
You are not required to display our products in any of their original packaging. However, earring, necklace, and care cards, as well as our artist’s statement, are available upon request. We would love if you did display our packaging, or at least the artist’s statement, so that customers can be informed that our products are handmade in a home studio in Doylestown, PA and not mass produced. In addition, we recommend that suggested retail price is 2x the wholesale price.
