Products & Customization:

Is your jewelry handmade?
✤ Yes, each piece is made by one of our 3 dedicated artisans.

What materials do you use?
✤ We use only sterling silver and 14K gold-filled metal. Other materials include precious and semiprecious stones, and freshwater pearls. We never use glass or plastic.

Do you engrave?
✤ We do not engrave. Our process involves hand stamping each letter individually, using specific characters, fonts, and text size per jewelry design, therefore certain design may not be able to be created.

Can I have the back of my jewelry stamped?
✤ No, due to the imprint process, it would cause distortion on the front of the piece.

Do you do custom designs?
We love creativity and are happy to work with you on a new design idea. Please contact us directly at hello@sarahcornwelljewelry.com and we will work to make your vision come true, within our capabilities.

Do you sell wholesale?

Is it safe to wear my sterling silver or gold-filled jewelry in the shower?
✤ 
We do not recommend showering while wearing your jewelry. Sterling silver and gold-filled jewelry may react to chemicals in soaps and shampoos.  In addition, be careful  when using lotions, perfumes, and anything with added chemicals, as it may react with the metal.

How do I clean my jewelry?
✤ We offer 2 types of cleaning solutions to safely care for your jewelry which can be found here. Also, for a video of how to use each cleaning solution click here.

✤ Oxygen causes sterling silver to tarnish/darken. We suggest keeping your jewelry in dry storage and do not expose to prolonged periods of time in water. Storing in sealable plastic bags will help prevent metals from tarnishing. Do not scrub or use harsh chemicals to clean your jewelry. Do not wear your jewelry in spas or swimming pools, as the chlorine is too harsh.

Do you do house parties?

Purchasing, Payment & Discounts:

Do you have a store?

We have a home studio in Doylestown, PA that can be visited by appointment. You can also shop for Sarah Cornwell Jewelry in the comfort of your home, office, or son’s baseball game here.

What forms of payments do you accepts?
✤ PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal check (please contact us before making payment with personal check)

Do you offer discounts for bridal parties or multiple item purchase?
✤ 
We do offer a 10% discount for multiple purchases (5 or more) of the same item.

 

Shipping & Returns:

Do you ship?
✤ Absolutely, we ship nationally and internationally. We use the United States Postal Service and all items have delivery confirmation. Custom designs take about 2 weeks to receive once payment is completed. Non-custom orders will ship 2-3 days once payment is completed (unless otherwise noted).

**We are not responsible for packages once they are mailed. We do not have control over the USPS shipping times. If you would like a purchase shipped a specific way, please contact us prior to making the purchase. We are not able to accept returns due to shipping delays caused by the USPS.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees applicable to purchases on the full retail value of the items. We are not able to determine these fees due to many variables including: country, weight, dimensions, etc. We do apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

What is your return policy?
✤ 
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns. We accept refunds and/or exchanges as long as the pieces are in their original condition, have not been worn, and are not custom. Custom orders are not returnable. However, if you do have concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

✤ There is no charge for repairs made due to a design flaw.

✤ Refunds will be made, minus seller shipping fees. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

** Please note that all of our jewelry pieces are handmade and each will vary. Natural stones and pearls will never look exactly the same regarding cut, color, and size. We always try to match the best as we are able. But please remember that no one in the world will ever have your exact same jewelry piece and hopefully that makes you smile 🙂

* *We use a stamping process for our names, words, initials, and symbols (not an engraving process). This means that each letter, number, or symbol is stamped individually and will vary in different ways. We love that you have chosen to buy hand made and we hope you embrace all of the unique details of our jewelry!
